Daily intake of Sea Moss Gel is 1 tablespoon per day for the first 7 days of your first week taking sea moss gel. This helps your body adjust to the nutrient intake. For the second week you take 2 tablespoons per day. You can add sea moss gel to coffee, water and or juice or take it by the spoonful.
