Very Berry Sea Moss Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup raspberries, frozen
  • 1 cup blackberries, frozen
  • 1 cup strawberries, frozen
  • 1 cup spinach, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons peanuts
  • 2 tablespoons sea moss gel
  • 2 tablespoons basil seeds
  • ½ cup almond milk

INSTRUCTIONS

  • It's okay to wash your fruits and vegetables to avoid bacteria acting on them.
  • After washing, pat dry and chop for easy blending.
  • Now, add the milk to the blender along with spinach and basil seeds or any seeds of your choice.
  • Blend In high for some seconds and add your berries, sea moss and peanuts to mix.
  • Then, blend on high for 2 minutes and adjust the almond milk as needed.
  • Garnish with some basil seeds and serve.
