Pineapple Spinach Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup spinach, chopped
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks, frozen
  • 1 apple, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons sea moss gel
  • 1 inch ginger knob
  • 2 teaspoon sesame seeds
  • 1 cup oat milk
  • ½ cup ice

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Start by washing your fruits and vegetables.
  • Place the spinach in the blender along with the oat milk as the base.
  • Add pineapple, apple, sea moss, ginger, ice and sesame seeds to mix with the ingredients.
  • Then, blend on high for 2 minutes and adjust the milk as needed.
  • Garnish with some sesame seeds and serve as desired
