Peach Almond Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 peach, chopped
  • tablespoons rolled oats
  • 1 cup avocado, frozen
  • 1 teaspoon flax seeds, roasted
  • 2 tablespoons sea moss gel
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 cup ice

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Place the ice, peach, oats, and avocado in the blender.
  • Then add some milk and blend for a few seconds.
  • Next, add the flaxseeds, and sea moss to the rest of the mixture.
  • Blend for about 60 seconds or until the smoothie is creamy.
  • Garnish with some flax seeds and serve immediately!
