Mango Walnut Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 mango, frozen
  • 1 handful of mint leaves, chopped
  • 1 cup carrots, chopped
  • 2 teaspoons chia seeds, soaked
  • 2 tablespoons sea moss gel
  • 2 teaspoons walnuts
  • 1 cup coconut milk

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Wash your fruits and vegetables thoroughly.
  • Place the chopped mangoes, mints, carrots, chia seeds, sea moss gel and walnuts in the blender.
  • Then add some milk and sea moss gel. Then blend for 60 seconds or until the smoothie is creamy
  • Serve as desired!
