Goji Berry Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup red cabbage, chopped
  • 1 cup goji berries, chopped
  • 1 scoop Greek yoghurt
  • 2 tablespoons sea moss gel
  • 2 tablespoons hazelnuts
  • ½ cup (120ml) almond milk
  • ½ a lemon, freshly squeezed

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Wash your fruits and veggies thoroughly to prevent bacteria actions.
  • Add some milk, cabbage, and goji berry yoghurt to a blender or food processor and then blend for a few seconds.
  • Now, add sea moss, lemon and hazelnut to the rest of the mix and pulse all the way! Blend until the contents are smooth and creamy.
  • Garnish with some goji berries.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy.
