Cherry Sea Moss Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cherries
  • 2 tablespoons sea moss gel
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks, frozen
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 teaspoon flax seeds
  • ½ cup ice

INSTRUCTIONS

  • In a blender or food processor, add in pineapple, cherries and ice, and pulse for about 30 seconds.
  • Next, add the honey flax seeds and sea moss gel to the rest of the mixture.
  • Blend for about 60 seconds or until smooth and free of any thick fruit or vegetable chunks.
  • Garnish with some cherries and serve immediately!
