Blueberry Cinnamon smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup blueberries, frozen
  • 1 tablespoon sea moss
  • 1 cup kale, chopped
  • 2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 1 handful of mint, chopped
  • 1 cup plant-based milk

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Place the blueberries, sea moss, kale, cinnamon, peanut butter and mint in the blender first and add some plant-based milk of your choice to make a base.
  • Then, blend on high for 2 minutes and adjust the milk as required.
  • Garnish with some blueberries and serve as desired
