Avocado Seamoss Smoothie

Ingredients

  • ½ an avocado, peeled and chopped
  • 1 apple, cored
  • 2 tablespoons sea moss gel
  • 2 tablespoons almonds
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • ½ a lemon, freshly squeezed
  • ½ ice

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Wash the fruits and vegetables, then pat dry them.
  • Place the ice, avocado, apple and cucumber in the blender.
  • Then add sea moss, almond nuts, and turmeric and pulse for some seconds.
  • Add a little water if needed
  • Blend for about 60 seconds or until smooth.
  • Garnish with almonds and serve immediately!
