Pineapple pink smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup pineapple
  • ½ a beetroot, chopped
  • 6 medium red grapes
  • 2 tablespoons sea moss gel
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 cup greek yoghurt

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Follow the ingredients list in order, and add all the ingredients into a high-powered blender until well combined and creamy.
  • Add more milk if needed.
  • Distribute the smoothie between two glasses.
  • Top with some grapes and then serve immediately
