Blueberrry Sea Moss Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup blueberries, frozen
  • 2 tablespoons sea moss gel
  • ½ avocado, frozen
  • 1 small apple
  • ½ a lemon juice and zest
  • 1 tablespoon dried date

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Add blueberries, sea moss, avocado, apple, lemon and date to a blender.
  • Blend until all ingredients are completely smooth and the smoothie is thick and creamy.
  • Pour in a serving glass and garnish with a lemon wedge, slice of apple and some blueberries.
